Shipping:
In most cases items shipped via UPS take around a week to arrive, Postal Service closer to two to three weeks.
In most cases you will be charged a duty (tax) on your order. We do not handle this tax, your local customs agency will handle that and charge you the correct amount in accordance with your local laws. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand these taxes when ordering and Genracer can not be held accountable for this in any way.

How much does it cost to ship to my address and how long will it take?
Shipping to Canada is calculated in the cart once you choose Canada as the country. Shipments to Canada will be charged a small brokerage fee around $12-$20 in addition to the normal taxes and duties for Canada, the brokerage fee is sometimes more dependent on location, cost of goods, and size of package. We do not have a way to know this cost prior to shipping. From past customers, it is noted that they have seen a 10%-30% tax charge on their order when importing goods from the USA into Canada.
Why is there no free shipping option to Canada? We are practically the same country!
Unfortunately this is out of our control and we are charged a much higher shipping rate to cross the border. Many customers have us use our low cost or even free service to ship within the US where they can cross the border to pick up at no cost.
