Returns Policy
All sales through GenRacer are final. Orders may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice/receipt. All returned and/or canceled orders are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. No cancellations are allowed on special order items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees incured in the returning of merchandise. Any damage claims due to shipping must be made within 24 hours upon delivery. 


Please make sure that you can answer YES to each of the following questions, otherwise your claim will be denied:
• Is the item still brand new and has not been installed?
• Is the item still in its original packaging?
• Is the purchase date LESS than 30 days ago?
• Is the item NOT a special order item or used item (would be noted on your invoice)?
• Is the NOT an electrical part? If it is, call us to check if that is returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Free shipping promotions are only applicable to lower 48 states.  UPS ground or equivalent is used for the shipping method.  The free shipping promotions do not include large items such as body parts, hoods, spoilers and other items that may be required to be shipped by freight.  

Shipping prices for body parts are quoted for the lower 48 states.  If you are ordering a body part and you are in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or other area, please call for an accurate freight estimate.  If you place your order before calling, you will be contacted for the remaining balance to be collected. 


IF YOUR SHIPMENT WAS DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING, call us immediately at 203-783-1422. There is only a 24 hour period to report damage due to shipping in order to be claimed under the carrier's (UPS, FedEx, etc) insurance liability. After this period, we will be unable to provide replacements.

GenRacer makes an utmost effort to maintain the biggest in stock selection for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. However, occasionally a part is on backorder or out of stock in our warehouse. In which case, we will ship directly from the manufacturer. Most in stock items ship out within 24 hours. Due to security reasons we can only ship to the billing address attached to the method of payment that was used. Please see this page for international orders.

Terms and Conditions of all sales

Any damage claims due to shipping must be made within 24 hours upon delivery. Express shipping times only refer to time in transit. Orders usually take up to one to two business days to process before it is able to ship. For example, when ordering via 2 Day Air, please allow 3-4 business days for your order to arrive. Time in transit only refers to business days. Saturdays and Sundays to not count. "Free shipping," refers only to the actual cost to ship the items. GenRacer is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties levied by a government on a shipment, domestic or international. International customers are responsible for any customs brokerage fees. All parts are sold for off road use only. GenRacer only honors the manufacturer's stated warranty. GenRacer does not provide nor imply any additional guarantees. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by GenRacer is only subject to manufacturers' warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, and engine parts. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims. GenRacer makes an utmost effort to maintain a comprehensive inventory on hand. However, occasionally a part is on backorder or out of stock in our warehouse. In which case, we may be able to ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Most orders ship out within twenty four (24) hours. If an item is out of stock and on backorder, we will promptly (usually within 1 business day) contact you using the contact information provided on this checkout page to inform you of this circumstance and to inform you of your available options.

Simply the Best Service

Most places just sell parts and when you call them it feels like you are bothering them. My last transaction with GENRACER left nothing to be desired, meaning it could have not been better. I purchased front and rear WHITELINE sway bars, front & rear DBA rotors, and EBC YELLOWSTUFF brake pads. I called just after I ordered the parts because I received an "out of stock" email notification. When I called back to chat with someone *** answered the phone. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable about exactly what I was looking for when it came to the right brake pad for my needs (street/track). Come to find out the pads I picked (DBA's) were not the best pads for my application so im very glad I talked to ***!! I just recently had everything installed, bedded the pads and I am so happy I used GenRacer for my 16 R-Spec Coupe!! Thanks again ***!!!

So Awesome

Order came fast and looks amazing on my car. I did have one problem where one tail light would blink sequentially and the other didn’t. I sent an email late in the day inquiring about it. I wasn’t expecting a response until at least the following day as it was so late. Within an hour they had gotten back to me informing me of a switch on the inside of the housing where you can choose sequential or regular. Sweet! Top notch customer service.
