With a qualifying order of $299.00 or greater, we are happy to offer Free Ground Shipping within the USA, Lower 48 states only – AK, HI & Puerto Rico do not apply. Free Ground/Economy Shipping can ship out via UPS Ground or USPS Priority/1st Class – these shipping methods are at the sole discretion of our shipping staff.
Please note that with Free Shipping, we do not guarantee any delivery time, and with Free Shipping that ships via UPS Ground, some orders can take up to 10 days to arrive. If you are in need of a faster delivery time, we highly suggest that you pay for a quicker method, as Free Shipping is based upon Economy (7 to 10 days), and is not guaranteed.
If a faster shipping method is chosen with a qualifying order of $299.00 or greater, please know that we cannot offer any credit or discount towards a faster, alternative shipping method. If Free Ground Economy will not arrive on time, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to choose the correct method for proper delivery.
Returns/credits for items that used the free shipping option will have the UPS ground charge deducted from the total. Shipping charges are not refundable. Although your invoice will state $0 for shipping costs, if the return is made, we will contact you and let you know the cost of shipping there was on the order originally.

A: Yes – your order of Qualified Free Shipping items will ship via Free Ground. As for non-qualified shipping items in your order, you will be charged a separate shipping fee for these items.
Q: Does Oil or Other Hazardous Materials Qualify for Free Ground?

Q: Will I Receive a Tracking Number with My Free Shipping Method?
A: Yes – you will be emailed a tracking number for your Free Ground Shipping method – please note that Free Ground may have any number of tracking numbers, as the Ground method can ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Mail.
Q: Do All Items via GenRacer Ship for Free over $299.00?
A: Most all of our stock will ship free within the USA for an order over $299.00, but a few select items do not qualify either due to their size, weight, or the pricing, as some items have been lowered in price to meet other competitors. Please check the item you are ordering.
Q: What Shipping Method Will My Free Ground Shipping Order Ship Out With?
A: With Free Ground Shipping, our staff will decide which method works best for us; if you have a preference, we can see if we can ship via your preferred method, but with some orders, Free Shipping will be via 1 selected method, such as UPS Ground, and cannot be changed, unless the customer wants to pay for a different method.

Q: I Can Only Receive Orders via a Specific Carrier – What Are My Free Shipping Options?
A: If you can only receive a specific carrier, such as US Mail, we will do our best to offer Free Shipping if your order qualifies for it, and if it is within the same costs as normal Ground Shipping. If you can only receive (1) specified carrier and have selected Free Shipping, note that we may not be able to offer the method of your choice, as some packages, due to size and/or weight, are very costly to ship other than Ground. In this case, we will cover a portion of the shipping, and will require additional payment for the remaining balance.
Q: Genracer is running a Special – Does Free Shipping Still Qualify?
A: With certain specials, Free Ground may not be offered, as the special may be at a deeply discounted price. If this is the case, the promo ad will state that Free Ground will not be eligible. If the promotional ad does not state this, Genracer reserves the right to make changes to this.
Q: I live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico – Do My Orders Qualify for Free Shipping Methods?
A: Unfortunately, any order being shipped to AK, HI or Puerto Rico do not qualify for any Free Shipping method, as these methods are stated for the lower 48 states via the USA.
Q: When will my order be processed and shipped when using the free shipping promotional method?
A: We prioritize paid shipping orders first and then work on free shipping orders. So if you are in a rush or need something quick, free shipping is NOT the option for you. However, we do try to process all orders on the same BUSINESS day. If we can not get to your order that same business day, we will get to it the following day. Since shipping is free, it could take up to 2 business days to upload a tracking number to your order.
